Bill Vasilios Voyatzis

Me. Bill Voyatzis is a lawyer who specializes in corporate, commercial and real estate law. Prior to joining Dunton Rainville, Me. Voyatzis was a partner in the firm where he began his career as a lawyer and that also specializes in corporate, commercial and real estate law,

Me. Voyatzis is frequently called upon to provide counsel on commercial transactions, conduct pre-transaction due diligence and draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements in both French and English.

Me. Voyatzis has many years of experience and acts in the areas of corporate acquisitions and sales, asset and business transfers, franchise agreements, preparing licensing, distribution and conventional financing agreements, corporate reorganization and restructuring and preparing and drafting commercial leases and commercial real estate transactions.
