Jade Poissant

Me. Jade Poissant works mainly in the field of family law.

Me. Poissant is a graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Law and Life Sciences.  She also worked there as a teaching assistant and was involved in several committees and organizations during her studies.

Following her call to the Bar, she joined Dunton Rainville’s family law team the same year, after completing her articling with the firm.

Her main areas of practice are divorce, separation, child custody, determination of child and spousal support and unjust enrichment cases.

Me. Poissant is attentive to her clients’ needs, thorough and dedicated. Whenever possible, she advocates in favour of amicable solutions rather than legal proceedings. She will accompany you judiciously in your efforts to ensure the protection of your interests.
