Nina Mei Norvik

Me Norvik focuses her practice on corporate law, securities, corporate financing, and the mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal. Me Norvik is also completing a Specialized Graduate Diploma (D.E.S.S.) in business law, Option financial products and markets, which will enable her to deepen her knowledge of the financial sector. During her academic studies, she distinguished herself by her community involvement in legal clinics.

Before joining the firm, Me Norvik completed her articling which was focused on immigration law, corporate law, and civil litigation.

Guided by her open-mindedness and dedication, Me Norvik will be able to respond with enthusiasm and professionalism to the timely requirements of her clients.

Me Norvik is fluent in English, French and Norwegian.
