514 866-8854Charles Justin Nichols is a lawyer practicing primarily in general litigation, with an interest in commercial, real estate, condominium and construction law.
Called to the Québec Bar in 2000, Mr. Nichols received his university training at the Université de Sherbrooke’s Faculty of Law, as well as professional training from the École du Barreau.
For over 25 years, Mr. Nichols has practiced litigation in a wide variety of fields, including real estate law (particularly in the condominium sector), construction law, administrative law and civil liability. He has pleaded before all Quebec courts.
Having practiced family law, he has developed his ability to facilitate negotiated solutions to complex problems. He has also worked for an international real estate company, with a particular interest in property taxation and contractual matters.
He advises entrepreneurs, professionals and individuals on their commercial and contractual rights, responsibilities and obligations.
