Louis-Joseph Moukhtar

Mr. Moukhtar practices mainly in the fields of public and administrative law, municipal law and civil and commercial litigation.

Called to the Québec Bar in 2024, Mr. Moukhtar articled with Dunton Rainville in 2022 as part of the Université de Sherbrooke’s cooperative program, as well as completing his articling period at the École du Barreau. With a wide range of experience in both the public and private sectors, Mr. Moukhtar has worked in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada, in the Canadian diplomatic service and for major corporations.
