Mr Gilles Laporte is exceptionally meticulous. He began his career as Director of the conciliation and mediation department, or as Director General of Labour Relations at the Ministère du Travail et de la Main-d’œuvre du Québec and Deputy Minister of the same ministère. As part of his duties, Mr. Laporte has intervened in many collective agreement negotiations and labour conflicts.
He has also participated in the development of various employment and labour laws.
As a labour relations advisor since 1981, he acts as negotiator and attorney for various municipalities, government organizations and private companies. His experience and his talent can be an asset to the clients he serves.
