Myriam Fortier

Myriam Fortier is a member of Dunton Rainville’s civil and commercial law team, where she advises construction contractors on their rights and obligations.

As part of her bachelor’s degree at Université de Sherbrooke, Ms. Fortier distinguished herself by finishing as one of the top litigators in the Canada-wide Laskin competition. She also participated in a pro bono project on employment law, presented to immigrant women in Sherbrooke.

Ms. Fortier first articled as a law student with a firm specializing in condominium law, then at Dunton Rainville’s Sherbrooke office, before completing her articling at the Montreal office.

Determined and rigorous, Ms. Fortier is proactive, dedicated and attentive to her clients’ needs.
