Arnaud Drouin

Mr. Arnaud Drouin practices in the fields of real estate, co-ownership and construction law, serving a clientele composed mainly of co-owners and condominium managers.

A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal with a bachelor’s degree in law, Mr. Drouin’s interest in civil litigation was sparked by his participation in the 38th edition of the Pierre-Basile-Mignault Interuniversity Moot Court Competition.

Even before he was sworn in, Mr. Drouin turned his attention to real estate law, learning the basics of the land registration system from a notary specializing in this field. He then cut his teeth in litigation with a boutique firm on Montreal’s North Shore. Finally, he devoted himself to the exclusive representation of players in the construction industry, particularly in cases of latent defects, faulty workmanship and construction defects. Mr. Drouin joined the Dunton Rainville team because of his commitment to its mission of providing clients with cutting-edge expertise in a vital and effervescent sector of Quebec law and economy.
