Me Josée Dionne practices family law with passion. As such, she has helped many families resolve litigation through amicable settlements related to children’s living conditions, financial support and the separation of property and debts acquired during marriage or common law marriage.

Me Dionne also has training in collaborative law. This alternative method of conflict resolution permits an exchange of information in a spirit of collaboration. Spouses and their counsel actively participate in settlement meetings with the common goal of achieving a settlement based on interests, not on positions.

Me Dionne has been a member of the board of directors of the Association des avocats et avocates en droit familial for several years.
