Me David Couturier works primarily in civil law, civil liability, municipal law and public law.
His litigation experience has allowed him to make numerous representations before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities, including the Québec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court, the Court of Québec and various administrative courts.
Me Couturier also acts as counsel for the prosecution in Municipal Court for different municipalities and serves as an instructor and lecturer at various events, organizations and companies.
Me Couturier has also been an accredited for several years, which allows him to guide his clients during mediation and negotiations aimed at reaching amicable settlements.
