Me. Guillaume Bourbeau focuses his practice mainly on municipal law, civil and commercial litigation and construction law.
Me. Bourbeau graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke where he completed his law degree. During his university career, he worked as an intern for the City of Sherbrooke’s Legal Affairs Department and completed his internship with distinction for his work within the municipality. He was also co-author and media representative for Bill 197 amending the Consumer Protection Act to fight programmed obsolescence and assert the right to repair goods.
After having completed his articling and several terms as a student at Dunton Rainville, Me. Bourbeau joined the firm as a lawyer the same year he was admitted to the Québec Bar.
Thanks to his varied practical experience and extensive work with municipalities, businesses and individuals, Me. Bourbeau is able to propose solutions tailored to his clients’ legal issues.
