Called to the Bar in 1998, Mr. Bernatchez is an experienced lawyer who regularly pleads before various Québec courts. He teaches various law courses at the Cégep de Sherbrooke as part of the police techniques program. His humane, practical approach makes him a much-appreciated colleague and professional.
Mr. Bernatchez is renowned for his social and professional involvement, having served as Bâtonnier of the Saint-François district and President of the Association des avocats et avocates de province (AAP). And since May 2024, he has returned to the Board of Directors of the Québec Bar as representative of the St-François, Bedford and Mauricie sections.
