Dunton Rainville is proud to announce the arrival of three new professionals to strengthen its various areas of expertise, notably in intellectual property, municipal law and family law.
Frank M. Schlesinger joins the firm as Counsel-Partner. His diversified practice includes intellectual property, real estate, wills and trusts, litigation, commercial and corporate matters and labour law. A trademark agent and a former municipal judge and member of the Board of Directors of the Conference of Municipal Judges of Québec, Mr. Schlesinger is a solution-oriented attorney with a hands-on approach to each file.
Joanie Lévesque’s practice focuses on municipal and administrative law, and she represents clients before the courts in civil, commercial and administrative litigation. Ms. Lévesque is a graduate of Université Laval, where she earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and an integrated Bachelor of Public Affairs and International Relations (B.A.). During her studies, she represented Université Laval in the Charles-Rousseau International Law Moot Court Competition. She also participated in the Quebec National Assembly’s page program.
Élizabeth Montreuil practices mainly in family and youth law. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2023. Prior to joining Dunton Rainville’s Saint-Jean-sur-le-Richelieu office, Ms. Montreuil worked in private practice. Thanks to her ability to manage complex emotional situations and her keen ability to listen to her clients’ needs, she knows how to use her rigor and passion for the law to respond effectively to her clients’ issues.
Mr. Schlesinger and Ms. Lévesque are based at Dunton Rainville’s Montreal offices, while Ms. Montreuil will practice from our Saint-Jean-Richelieu address.
