Montréal, November 18, 2019 – By merging today with the law firm Dunton Rainville, the commercial boutique law firm, BGO – Legal, is undoubtedly strengthening its position in the legal world.

Lawyers recognized in their field
In 2017, Me Dominique Gilbert and Me Andrée-Anne Ouimette joined forces to establish a boutique commercial law firm. Today, BGO – Legal has 12 employees at its offices at 20 Bryant Street in Sherbrooke, including the following five lawyers:
Me Alexandre Dumas, currently a partner in Dunton Rainville’s Montréal office, will join them shortly. Me Dumas will bring 20 years of experience in civil litigation and real estate law to the team.
