For nearly 30 years,
Marc Charland has focused his practice on real estate law, latent defects,
condominium law and construction law. In addition, he has been involved in
all types of civil and commercial litigation. As a result, he has extensive
experience representing his clients before all levels of court in Québec. In
addition, from 2006 to 2011, he was prosecutor in charge of the Montréal
Municipal Court, St-Léonard office.
Over the years, Me
Charland has developed solid expertise in real estate law, latent defects and
legal or conventional hypothecs. He also has in-depth knowledge of sales,
leases, easements and rights of way. Mr. Charland is a seasoned litigator
experienced in all types of remedies, including injunctions and hypothecary
recourses.
Our clientele includes entrepreneurs,
condominium corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals
faced with a specific dispute or problem. Mr. Charland stands out for his
passion and his ability to develop effective strategies to help resolve
disputes.
In
addition to his practice, Mr. Charland sits on the Board of Directors of the
Barreau de Laval and is also its Bâtonnier, for the year 2022-2023.
