Denis Luc Blouin

Me. Blouin joined Dunton Rainville in 2019.

Since 1978, Me. Blouin has been working in the labour and employment law sector. He practices law and labour relations mainly in the context of employer mandates in the public, parapublic and private sectors, in multicultural contexts. He represents his clients before all judicial and administrative courts with jurisdiction in labour law matters (civil and criminal matters). He has practiced in major firms, primarily in the Eastern Townships.

Me. Blouin acts as the main spokesperson for the negotiation and conclusion of several collective agreements in the public, parapublic and private sectors. He is a content specialist in occupational health and safety legislation, both in terms of social aspects and plan financing, as well as in preventive and corrective interventions in psychological harassment matters.

Me. Blouin represents and advises the management side in grievance and dispute arbitration. His clients consult him on the financial aspects of labour relations, the establishment and implementation of management processes and methods, and the reengineering of organizational structures. He develops and validates prevention programs for several major service and manufacturing companies and represents and advises companies on the conclusion and termination of senior and middle management contracts, regardless of the sector. His experience before the courts allows him to assist in civil and commercial litigation.
