Me Pierre Perrault has been a member of the Québec Bar since 1973. After having been a legal advisor to the Union of Québec Municipalities, Me Perrault founded his own law firm in Joliette in 1975.
Me Perrault acquired significant experience in municipal law and labour law while working for several municipalities. He worked as an attorney and consultant for many local, national and international businesses and has been involved in major contractual cases, financing files and mergers and acquisitions.
Me Perrault also specialized in the field of banking law, representing several financial institutions for over 40 years. Me Perrault also practiced corporate law, representing and working for several companies.
Me Perrault has been a member of Dunton Rainville since 2010 and acts as legal counsel.
