Laurent Bernier

Me. Bernier works within our Dunton Rainville’s civil and commercial litigation team.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and has been a member of the Québec Bar since 2015.

Prior to joining Dunton Rainville, Me. Bernier practiced in a civil law firm. His diverse experience has led him to plead numerous contested cases, particularly before the Superior Court and the Court of Québec, but also before administrative tribunals. His professional experience, listening skills and efficiency are undeniable assets in the management of the mandates entrusted to him.

Me. Bernier also knows how to encourage negotiation and alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.
